Smart Class Room implementation

  • Setting up of 108 Digital Classrooms, 10 Digital IT Labs, 30 Science Labs and 10 Digital Library cum Assessment Lab in 10 Municipal/Government Schools of Sagar.
  • Setting Up of One Central Studio in cities – Sagar
  • Data Centre / Data Recovery Centre-This will be cloud based Data Center/ Data Recovery Centre (with 50% capacity of the Complete Common Application for three cities).
  • Innovative Education Solutions: transforms traditional classrooms into engaging, learner-centric environment
  • School Management Solutions: School Management Solutions will provide a powerful, user-friendly platform for managing man, money and material of an educational institution.
  • Live Lectures/Virtual Learning: Providing a platform for the Subject Experts, to deliver expert lectures in a live environment anytime.
  • Digital Classroom Setup: The smart class system should be such that it could be used in the offline mode (i.e. In the absence of internet). The Bidder could build up the IT Infrastructure in Smart.
  • Career Assessment/Exam Preparation Programs for Higher Classes
  • Smart School Administration Solutions: CCTV, WiFi Hotspot, Wireless LAN Connectivity
  • School Information System: Website/Dashboard.
  • School Management Platform for Decision Support and Reporting Systems: Online and Offline
  • Design, Development, Customization of Multi-Media Content for Subjects for Learning Management System
  • Provision of Networking Infrastructure for 10 schools to connect within, with Central Studio and with Central Command and Control Center of Smart City.

Smart Poles

The Smart Pole is a turn-key Smart Product, utilizing technologies embedded within steel and aluminum poles for public safety, anti-theft, crime prevention, surveillance, anti-terrorism and numerous lighting applications.

120 Smart pole is proposed for Sagar City with 12 Environmental Sensors,120 Smart/Digital Billboard, 240 Bullet and 12 PTZ CCTV Camera, 24 Wi-Fi hot spot, and 120 Public Address System. 

The aim of the project is to Design, Develop, Implement, Manage, Operations and Maintenance of smart pole services for Sagar city on a DBOOT model that delivers benefits to citizens and provide seamless integration of smart services & solution inter alia of following -

  • Intelligent Street pole with Telecom services (Small Cell Hosting) 
  • Wi-Fi Services 
  • Surveillance Camera 
  • Smart/Digital Billboard 
  • Environmental Sensors 
  • Public Address System 
  • LED Based Smart Lights 
  • Laying Optical Fiber for interconnection between the Smart Poles landing at Integrated Command and Control Center and Police Control Room of the Sagar smart city.

  • Element Management System 
  • Setting up Helpdesk

Intelligent Traffic Management System

Under the said scheme, SSCL proposes to undertake the improving different Junctions identified by SSCL. Installation of Traffic signals, Surveillance Camera, integration of the same with police control room and command control centre. It also constitutes the proposal of strategic improvement of the overall traffic movement with an aim to reduce congestion and friction in mobility.

Project Benefits 

A pan city ICT infrastructure will support the inclusion of almost all digital assets onto a common ICCC platform, which will ensure confluence of data from multiple sources, applications, sensors, objects and people. The establishment of this project will provide high quality, reliable, cost effective infrastructure to the city administration. This project will have multi-fold benefits across the government departments and the effect will be felt by citizens.
